  Sev Puri
  Ingredients                    Preparation Time : 10 mins    |    Cooking Time : Nil    |    Serves: 4
  24 papadis (puris)
½ cup boiled potatoes, chopped
½ cup onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons raw mango, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh Smith & Jones Garlic Chilli Sauce
8 tablespoon of Smith & Jones Bhel Chutney
4 tablespoon green chutney
1 teaspoon chaat masala
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste

For the garnish
½ cup sev or nylon sev
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  1. Arrange the papadis on a serving plate.

2. Top each papadi with a little potato, onion and raw mango.

3. Spoon some fresh Smith & Jones Garlic Chilli Sauce, Smith & Jones Bhel Chutney and green chutney.

4. Sprinkle with chaat masala, lemon juice and salt on top.

5. Garnish with the sev and coriander.

6. Serve immediately.

  Vegetable Grilled Sandwich
  Ingredients                Preparation Time : 10 mins    |    Cooking Time : 5 mins    |    Serves: 2

6 slices bread
1 onion sliced
1 tomato sliced
1 capsicum sliced
2 cubes of cheese grated
1 boiled potato sliced

For chutney
fresh coriander
1/3 fresh coconut chop
12-15 peanuts
Green chilli
Smith & Jones Ginger Paste

For masala
Salt, Black salt, Lime jeera,



Grind Fresh coriander, 1/3 Fresh coconut, 12-15 peanuts, Green chilli, Smith & Jones Ginger Paste
Add Salt to taste

Sandwich masala:
Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp.
Black salt ½ tsp.
Jal jeera 1 tsp.
Black Pepper powder ½ tsp.
Mix all ingredients well

Grill Sandwich:
Take slice of bread apply butter spread chutney
Put potato slices, tomato slices & ½ tsp. prepared masala
Put another slice of bread + butter + chutney + Smith & Jones Masala Chilli Sauce
Put onion, capsicum cheese & masala
Cover with slice of bread apply butter spread chutney + Smith & Jones Masala Chilli Sauce
Put some butter and put it in griller or oven still top gets golden brown

  Veg Pizza
  Ingredients                Preparation Time : 5 hours     |    Cooking Time : 10 mins     |    Serves: 2

12 inches Pizza base
Some topping
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Smith & Jones Pizza Ketchup
Salt & Pepper



1. Take a Pizza base, thin crispy or thick .

2. Spread some Smith & Jones Pizza ketchup onto base, leaving about an inch around the outside without sauce.

3. Add additional toppings as desired on the Smith & Jones Pizza ketchup and spread some cheese on top.

4. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes, or until dough is fully cooked.

5. Add some salt & pepper, serve with Smith & Jones Tomato Ketchup
